Meet our Team
Logan Zylstra is the owner and managing broker of Lineage Property Management, a full-service property management company dedicated to maximizing returns and protecting assets for property owners. After earning his Bachelor’s in Business Management from Brigham Young University and becoming a licensed REALTOR® in 2022, Logan built his career on a foundation of personal real estate investing and a passion for delivering exceptional client service. He is a top 250 realtor in the state and hold a GC license.
Known for his hands-on approach and commitment to excellence, Logan launched Lineage Property Management in 2025 to disrupt the traditional property management model—offering proactive communication, strategic asset management, and a premium experience for both landlords and tenants.
Logan enjoys golfing, exploring Utah’s dining scene, attending Utah Hockey Club games and spending time with his wife, Jackie, and their two children, Zachary and Molly.
Gavin Munro is an owner operator at Lineage Property Management, a full-service property management company focused on delivering exceptional experiences for both property owners and residents. With a career rooted in technology and product management, Gavin brings a systems-driven, data-informed approach to real estate operations—combining innovation with hands-on execution.
A lifelong tech professional with a deep passion for real estate, Gavin owns and manages several rental properties himself. As an investor, he understands firsthand the importance of protecting assets, maximizing returns, and creating well-run, high-quality living environments. He finds genuine joy in providing great homes for families and individuals, believing that housing should be both professionally managed and personally cared for.
Outside of work, Gavin enjoys golfing, spending time with his wife, and playing with their dog.
